Thank you for purchasing the USB EcoStrip from EcoStrip, Inc. We know you will be pleased with the quality, reliability and cost savings.
In the event you do wish to return the EcoStrip, our policy is as follows:
You may return your EcoStrip as long as it was purchased directly from www.ecostrip.com. We will apply a 20% restocking fee to all returns. In order for us to "accept" the return of your purchase, the following must apply:
The EcoStrip must be:
In new condition, including the original box, packaging and manuals
Must have purchased it from www.ecostrip.com
Must be returned to EcoStrip, Inc prepaid
Must be received at EcoStrip, Inc within 30 days of the invoice date
Must have a Return Merchandise Approval "RMA"
You can get an RMA number by following the directions on our website here
Once you have an RMA number, please carefully package the EcoStrip into a box, clearly mark the outside of the shipping box with the RMA number and ship it back to EcoStrip, Inc. We will not accept any returns without a proper RMA number on the outside of the box.
Once we receive and accept your properly authorized returned EcoStrip, we will then credit your credit card for the full purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) less a 20% restocking fee.
If you ship back an EcoStrip without an RMA, we will refuse the shipment. If you ship back an EcoStrip with an RMA but the EcoStrip is not "accepted" as per the details above, we will ship it back to you at your cost.
The EcoStrip is covered by our One Year Limited Warranty. If, at any time during the first year, the EcoStrip is found to be malfunctioning as a result of defective parts or workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply get a Defective Merchandise Approval here.
Once you have the DMA, follow the same instructions as above. Assuming the EcoStrip is defective (as opposed to damaged, abused, etc…), we will send you a replacement unit within one day of receipt of your unit at our cost.
If the EcoStrip is not actually defective, but is not working due to damage, abuse, etc… then we will contact you via email. At that point, you can either purchase a replacement unit or we will ship your non-defective unit back to you at your cost.
